Brian is responsible for the daily operation and coordination of Emergency Management activities. Brian is responsible for emergency planning and preparedness review for internal and external customers, along with drills and exercise coordination that evaluate and train first responders. Brian is also responsible for the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program, Hazardous Materials Planning and Response, the Local Emergency Planning Committee, and Tier II reporting.
